Who Are They?: OutReach Prospects
Calling leads is nothing new to admissions reps. But generating leads by phone usually is. Creating prospects, finding their interest, urgency and pain, is an entirely different situation. It requires an entirely different approach. The OutReach program reaches out to cold prospects during their ordinary, daily lives – often in the evening.
They have usually just experienced another difficult, boring or underappreciated day at work. We understand their general outlook, and we ask them how their career plans are going. Our aim is to take someone who is in a negative mindset and open up new possibilities for them. We want to generate a mutual enthusiasm between your school and the prospect.
